• To educate the public on where pet stores like Puppyland are getting their puppies from.
• To educate the public on what a USDA licensed breeder is.
• To bring awareness to adoption.
• To enact a statewide ban of the sale of cats and dogs in pet stores.
We first learned about Puppyland when we saw their bright pink sidewalk sign and sign flipper outside, advertising puppies like they were products. Once we researched the store and the store owner’s past pet store history, we knew we had to do something.
PUPPIES ARE NOT PRODUCTS.
Please join us in an attempt to make our communities safer for all animals by banning the retail sale of cats and dogs in pet stores. In the coming months, a group of dedicated individuals will be taking this fight and a Change.org petition with over 5000 signatures, to our state legislature.
